Game 1 was a one-sided affair, as the C&#8217;s posted a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.challengers.ch\/games\/?sec=boxscores&#038;g_liga=NLA&#038;g_year=2016&#038;g_spielnr=5\">18-2 victory<\/a>. Six players delivered two hits, while Jesus Martinez and Kurt Kovac drove in three runs apiece and Tobias Siegrist scored four times. Kovac pitched three innings out of the bullpen for the win. And the Challengers stayed focused in Game 2 as well, cruising to a 20-5 win. Their next opponent will be more difficult to beat.
