Von Meiss was named in the Swiss National Team’s 17-woman roster for this year’s Softball European Championship Women B, which will take place from July 27 till August 1 in Hoboken (Belgium).

Von Meiss was placed on the disabled list with a fractured left little finger, an injury suffered Sunday when she was attempting to make a diving catch in Game 1 against the Therwil Flyers. She finished the game going 1-for-2 with a walk and scored a run. The Softball Team's leadoff batter is expected to be sidelined five to six weeks.

Von Meiss went 3-for-5 and collected four RBI's against the Odense Giants at the European Cup Winners Cup Women B in Dupnitsa, Bulgaria.

Von Meiss collected the first ever RBI in team's European Cup history in the third inning against the Blagoevgrad Babes from Bulgaria. It was also the game-winning RBI, as the C's won 1-0.
