Simitovic won her sixth career MVP title at the Challengers General Assembly at the restaurant Linde Oberstrass, as she finished the season with a .326 batting average, a .474 on-base percentage, 14 hits, 13 RBI's and 18 runs scored. She also posted a 6.19 ERA with a 4-5 record, while striking out 37 in 52 innings of work earning her also the Softball-Team's Best Pitcher Award.

Simitovic singled in the fourth inning of Game 2 against the Luzern Eagles. It was her 250th hit in a Challengers uniform. She is leading Simona Cellar by 88 hits in the all-time list.

Simitovic won her fifth MVP award at the Challengers' General Assembly. Simitovic led the Team Zürich with a .375 batting average and 15 RBI's, a .981 fielding percentage and collected 21 hits and 19 runs scored to take away also the Best Batter Award.

Simitovic also went 5-7 with 42 strikeouts and a 6.65 ERA in 67.1 innings pitched in the pitcher's circle earning her also the Best Pitcher award.

Simitovic won her fifth Best Pitcher award, as she went 6-7 with a 6.06 ERA with 38 strikeouts in 71.2 innings pitched and was also credited with her second Best Batter award, as she led the Challengers with a .431 batting average, a .553 on-base percentage, 18 walks, 28 hits and 33 runs scored.
