Haltmeier dominates former team in 13-4 win

In his first game back in Lucerne, Stefan Haltmeier stymied his former team, tossing seven solid innings for the win in Game 1 against the Eagles.

Haltmeier switched teams in the offseason, and now leads his new team with a 2-0 record and an ERA of 3.38.

Robert Sedin went 4-for-6, including two doubles, and collected four RBIs, Leonel Sosa hit his first homer with the Challengers and added two singles, and Luigi Cinardi hit three singles and scored a game-high three runs in a 13-4 win.

The Challengers went ahead 6-1 after five innings against starter Yanick Probst and never relinquished that lead, scoring in all of the last three innings.
