The Braves again scored first and led 2-0 after 1 1/2 innings. But the Challengers tied it up in the bottom of the second inning on a steal home by Bryan Shemley and Oliver Labhart's RBI-single with two outs.

They even gave a 5-2 lead to starter Claudio Deck on Shemley's two-run double and a fielding error by third baseman Fust on a pickoff throw by catcher Weideli that scored Shemley from third.

But the Braves closed the gap in the fourth inning and knotted the score at 5-5 in the top of the fifth inning on an errant pickoff throw by reliever Shemley that scored Weideli from third.

The Braves went on and pounded Shemley for four unearned runs in the next inning and a 9-5 lead.

The Challengers weren't able to score off Mikulandra in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings, and lost 10-6 that gives the NLB-team a dismal 2-6 record and last place in the standings.
