Challengers down Frogs 7-2

The Challengers won their season series against the Sissach Frogs 3-1, winning 7-2 in the final encounter of the year.

Nick Lehmann (2-0) pitched four innings in relief for the win, striking out a career-high eight batters and allowing only two unearned runs. He didn't allow any earned runs in 7 1/3 innings pitched this season.

Offensively, Chris Sochor was the only Challenger getting a hit, going 2-for-3 with three RBI's.

All the other Challenger runs were batted in with fielder's choices, ground outs and a wild pitch.

The only two runs by the Frogs came on shortstop Sochor's throwing error and a passed ball by Roger Burger.
