Challengers getting humiliated 21-4 by Indians

Hoping to avenge Game 1's bitter 22-12 loss, the Challengers were once again overpowered by the Lausanne Indians in a 21-4 defeat.

Outhitting their opponents 17-7, the Indians also profited from five errors and six walks given up by the Challengers' pitching staff.

Starter Thomas Landis lasted only 2 2-3 innings, his shortest outing since going the same distance against the Therwil Flyers in an 11-3 defeat on August 12, 2006.

The Challengers used three relievers who allowed nine more runs to score.

Game notes
Harry Bregy was walked in the third inning for his 150th base-on-balls in the NLA.
