Robert Sedin is back in Zurich again. Last year's Challengers MVP arrived in Zurich on Friday to play his second season with the C's. The no. 19 was leading the Challengers with 12 doubles, 3 triples, 36 runs scored, a .413 batting average and a .477 on-base percentage in 2012. He also finished the season with a 5-3 record and a 1.61 ERA on the mound working 67 innings with 92 strikeouts.
Sedin will again be a key factor in the C's bid to make the playoffs. The 25-year old San Jose native will also be the skipper of the Challengers NLB-Team in 2013. The Challengers will start their season on April 20 with a double header at Therwil against the Therwil Flyers.
